CRT is an Atlanta, GA based restaurant consulting firm.  We service the Atlanta Metro and surrounding cities.  Our staff has over 26 years of restaurant management experience and all are ServSafe Instructors as well as Certified Food Safety Inspectors.
We developed CRT because we recognized the need for restaurant owners to have access to restaurant food safety training and consultation. We also acknowledged that owners often do not have the experience, training, time or funding to effectively achieve superior food safety operations.

CRT's partners with all types of retail food establishments (restaurants, hotels, caterers, schools, stadiums, arenas, nursing homes, etc.) to enhance their food safety, food protection, and sanitation programs. We also conduct manager and crew development courses.

It's Convenient!
We are available when you are; weekdays, weekends, holidays and evening hours. And we'll conduct the training and certification at the location of your choice.

We tailor the training to address any sanitation issues or concerns that affect the food safety of your facility. We will also customize our professional development training classes to fit your needs.

It's Required!
Every food service establishment is required to have at least one full time employee certified in a food safety course ON EACH SHIFT. The ServSafe® Certification Course fulfills the requirements in most states nation wide.
