Key issues are thoroughly discussed such as how time and temperature abuse, cross-contamination, and poor personal hygiene can lead to foodborne illness.
Health Departments Assistance
If you have been temporarily closed down for food code violations or have "Ongoing Issues" with the health department, we can help you by working with you, your Health Inspector, and Health Department Director to resolve the problems. We also assist in pre-inspections for Certificates of Occupancy and the subsequent first official Health Inspection.

The food safety audit is an integral part of your quality assurance program. It's main purpose is to assure that you are in compliance with the most current regulations. The audit also provides a means to measure and improve your food safety program and minimize the possibility of closing down due to a food borne out break.
