With over 25 years in the restaurant industry, I have served as a restaurant manager, training instructor, training consultant, operations director, field services director, unit supervisor and franchise area director. 

I started CRT because I saw a need where small operators were not getting the field support and consultation that large chain franchisors provide their franchisees.  I have built this company based on a passion and genuine desire to improve store operations and food safety for restaurant operators.
